Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
The Congressional Hospitality Group provides mobile bartending and bar services for private and corporate events in the Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland areas. Our services include:
- Professional bartending services
- Portable bar setup and equipment
- Custom cocktail menu creation
- Bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes
- Event consultation and planning assistance
Booking and Deposits
- All bookings require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date
- Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
- Final payment is due prior to or on the day of the event, as specified in your contract
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full deposit refund minus a processing fee
- Cancellations made 14-30 days before the event: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund
- Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event details and guest counts
- Ensure the venue has adequate space and access for bar setup
- Obtain any necessary permits or permissions required by your venue
- Ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age (21+)
- Not hold us liable for any damages caused by intoxicated guests
Responsible Service
We are committed to responsible alcohol service. Our bartenders reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to visibly intoxicated individuals
- Refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of legal drinking age
- Cease service if unsafe conditions arise
Liability
- We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our services
- We are not responsible for the actions of guests at your event
- The client assumes responsibility for ensuring guest safety and transportation
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Congressional Hospitality Group and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Photography and Marketing
We may photograph our setup and cocktails at events for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer we not photograph at your event, please let us know in advance. We will never photograph guests without permission.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any malicious code or content
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
