Additional Considerations

Package prices above reflect our base service within the DMV—Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Because every event has its own footprint, a handful of line items are priced individually during your consultation so your quote reflects exactly what you need—nothing more, nothing less.

Travel Outside the DMV

Packages cover service within DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Events further afield incur travel, mileage, and (where applicable) lodging charges, quoted transparently upfront.

Licensing & Permits

Venue-specific liquor licensing, ABC permits, and special-event filings are billed separately when required. We handle the paperwork and pass through the cost at fee.

Insurance Riders

Standard liability and liquor liability coverage is included. Venues requiring elevated limits, additional named-insured certificates, or custom COIs may involve a small additional fee.

Custom Glassware & Rentals

Standard glassware is included. Specialty stemware, branded drinkware, statement ice, or rental furnishings (bar facades, back bars, etc.) are quoted and invoiced separately.
